Garry Ziegenhagel D.D.S.

After graduating from Loma Linda University I began my career as an associate in a NW Calgary dental practice. After associating for one year, I decided it was time to go out on my own, and I started a practice in the Calgary community of Brentwood. Dr. Dave Brodeur, who was a fellow alumnus from Loma Linda University, joined the practice the following year.

Having been raised on a farm near Medicine Hat, Cochrane’s small town appeal won me over and I started a practice here in 1977. I have been practicing Dentistry for over 40 years and over 30 of them were here in Cochrane. I have grown very fond of the friendships I’ve made with my patients and I will miss the time I was able to spend with you. I have also been fortunate enough to have put my dental skills to further use by doing overseas mission trips in Bolivia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Belize, Africa and the South Pacific.

Now, I plan to spend more time with my family (especially my grandchildren!) and hope to take more time to develop my two passions: photography and golf. I’m also looking forward to participating in further humanitarian and missionary projects in the future. I am confident that whomever you see at Drs. Ziegenhagel & Associates, will treat you with the same loving care and quality that you have come to expect from our office.
